Tamaar Padaar Movie Review

Tamaar Padaar Movie Review

Tamaar Padaar written and directed by Dileesh Nair which claims to be a satirical comedy starring Baburaj, Chemban Vinod and  Prithviraj fails to be both. The movie is the life of two circus guys, their love and family.

Jumper Thampi (Baburaj) hails from a remote village somewhere in Kerala and is a typical circus guy with no cards to identify himself. As a typical one man circus troop he goes around the state to win bread for his wife and two kids whom he visit occasionally. This dare devil reach jail under wild animal protection act! Introduction to Jumper Thampi takes first quarter of the film.

Now comes Tube light Mani (Chemban Vinod ) who performs by breaking tube lights on his body. His life takes new turns on meeting Valsamma (Srinda Ashab) on a crossfire accident and Jumper Thampi at a festival. Arrival of ACP Pouran ( Prithviraj) also announce the interval.

Pouran’s all efforts to become famous went wrong during another quarter of introduction. Yet he turns the lives of the first two dramatically by a single incident. And you start to wait for the climax.

The script of the movie is not at all well crafted. Comedy sequences also fail to make you laugh. The songs in the movie don’t have mesmerising beauty. For some time the director make the movie very serious. The only action sequence was a clear copy from Hollywood to the last detail. Costumes and art direction also fail to give you any surprise. The voice over which you have to bear throughout the movie is less impressive.

At the end all the expectations are broken and within your heart you hear Tamaar Padaar – sound of your heart falling down.
